set_active_layer

Set the active layer for this session.

Description

Set the active layer for this session.

Once set, all subsequent tool calls that support layerId will automatically use this layer as the default. You can still override per-call by passing an explicit layerId parameter. Pass null to clear the session layer.

Parameters:

• layerId (optional): Layer UUID to activate. Omit or pass null to clear.
